The entire property was refurbished including a new landscaped garden coupled with a loft conversion and kitchen extension. RSJ installed to support the weight of the entire new structure and to allow for the open space desired by the client.

Flat roof – revive and protect the integrity of the roof

Acrypol product used which only required one coat without a separate primer. This can be applied in the wet and provides optimum water displacement. The solution provides a seamless waterproof coating, flexible enough to accommodate stresses from structural movement, yet strong enough to prevent cracking.

Fence treated and ground levelled and shingle laid to create a cleaner area and prevent the re-growth of green. Also provided rain water drainage to the area.

Before image highlights the outside drain pipe which the client wanted hidden. the drain-pipe is removed from the front of the property and embedded into the porch with the careful removal of the existing bricks and replacing them skilfully to show no disturbance.

Shower room designed and implemented in chimney breast

Shower unit was placed into the old chimney breast cavity. Also a bevelled mirror used as a cover for a toiletries cabinet was inset into the wall. This was part of a full refurbishment of a Grade II listed cottage in Wimbledon Village.

Removed old chalky render,cleaned brickwork and sealed with a specialist brick clear coat. The wood panelling dividers were installed using recycled wood from the listed cottage and treated using traditional methods.
